Description
Created enterprise-wide PMO and capability enablement office for national clients. Designed governance, defined KPIs, led stakeholder working groups, and enabled multi-phase rollout of sourcing and delivery frameworks.
Reduced IT expenditures through contract consolidation and usage analysis. Developed vendor performance metrics and introduced ongoing governance structure for sourcing.
Led transition from on-site operations to hybrid/remote model including policy updates, facilities consolidation, tech enablement, and change management support.
Implemented an enterprise-wide Service Management Solution (ServiceNow) to improve the Call Center Operations, Helpdesk Support, and Asset Management services, integrating incident management, reporting, and analytics.

Directed a global rollout of UKG HCM—encompassing payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and succession—ensuring alignment to compliance, training, and system integration requirements.
Managed IT and operational systems separation for a $40B retail divestiture; built scalable outsourcing and support model for $10B spin-off entity.
Assessed PMO maturity, performed stakeholder interviews, created a governance framework, and built a roadmap for phased rollout across a national organization.
